Lotus & Blossom Client Agreement
For Sacred Design, Embodiment & Elevation

This Agreement is made between Lotus & Blossom (“We,” “Our,” or “Team”) and You (“Client”), and reflects our mutual intention to embark on a joyful and transformative journey together. By enrolling in our services, offerings, or programs—either through our website, payment portals, or personal communication—you agree to the following terms, which ensure harmony, trust, and clarity throughout our work.

1. Our Shared Vision & Scope of Work

You’re here because something in your soul whispered, “Yes.” Our services are designed to elevate your life through intentional space curation, energy work, and aligned coaching. Whether we’re working together on your home, personal transformation, or a blend of both, our commitment is to bring beauty, clarity, and a sense of wholeness into your world.

We will always communicate clearly about what’s included in your package. If there are any extras (like 1:1 sessions, styled photoshoots, or curated product selections), they will be shared and agreed upon in writing. We do not provide architectural, contractor, or legal services.

We are co-creating this experience with you. Your presence, openness, and willingness to engage from the heart are part of the magic.

2. Investment & Payment Flow

Our offerings are a sacred exchange. By signing this Agreement, you agree to the payment plan or full amount as discussed or listed online.
    •    Payment is due upon enrollment or according to your custom plan.
    •    If paying in installments, payments will be automatically collected on the schedule outlined during your purchase.
    •    We trust your integrity, and in return, we ask you to honor your payments on time. A 10% late fee will be applied to overdue invoices after 14 days.
    •    Missed payments beyond 30 days may result in a temporary pause of access to our work together until we’re all caught up.
    •    Due to the energetic nature of our offerings, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

3. Sacred Boundaries & Expectations

We believe in clear, loving communication. You can expect us to show up fully present and prepared to support you, and we ask the same in return.

We reserve the right to lovingly close our container if the energy no longer aligns or if payments are not honored, while always doing our best to communicate kindly and clearly should this arise.

4. Creative Content & Ownership

All creative work, materials, visuals, and content we share with you is infused with intention and is for your personal use only. Please do not share, distribute, or replicate it without written permission.

We retain full ownership of our intellectual property. Respecting this helps us maintain integrity and continue to do this work with beauty.

5. Honoring the Human Experience

You acknowledge that we are not medical professionals or licensed therapists. Our offerings are rooted in energy, design, and intuitive coaching. Nothing we share should be taken as medical or financial advice. We trust your discernment and know you’ll take what resonates and leave the rest.

We may recommend lifestyle or energetic shifts, but it’s always your choice what to implement. Likewise, any third-party professionals (like photographers, wellness practitioners, or vendors) are outside of our control—we trust you to engage with them at your own discretion.

6. Bliss, Communication & Disagreements

We deeply value non-judgmental, open-hearted communication. If anything arises that feels off or unclear, please bring it to us directly so we can realign with grace.

In the unlikely event of a deeper disagreement, we commit to resolving it in good faith. If needed, any unresolved disputes will be privately handled through neutral mediation or arbitration in West Palm Beach, FL—keeping things private, respectful, and peaceful.

7. Timeline, Flow & Flexibility

This work unfolds in divine timing. While we do our best to stick to projected timelines, please understand that life, vendors, deliveries, or cosmic shifts may occasionally delay things. We promise to communicate honestly if things shift.

If you delay feedback, access, or approvals, this may impact the flow. We’re always happy to find new timing that feels good for everyone.

8. Completion & Closure

You may end this agreement at any time in writing. We’ll wrap up any open proposals or shared work respectfully. Payments made before termination are non-refundable.
